Throughout each calendar year, University Recreation will host fitness programming to get people active. Prizes are available with most programs.
Fall: Go Move Challenge (Students)
The student go Move Challenge is a month-long competition to find out who's the most active student! Track your physical activity throughout the month—whether it’s attending one of our fitness classes, hitting the gym, or even mowing the lawn. Every minute counts! Log your workout time for a chance to win exciting prizes. With daily challenges, fitness classes, and plenty of ways to stay active, October is your month to get fit and have fun. Stay tuned for more activities and prizes all month long!
